Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Document Specialist Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the document module within Zomentum, collaborating with clients to replicate PDF or Word documents using our innovative module. You will primarily communicate with clients via email, with occasional phone calls to ensure a smooth process. We are seeking a candidate with creative graphic design skills, as this role involves replicating documents similar to creating templates in Canva.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Customer Communication:- 
    - Engage with end customers via email communication, demonstrating excellent written communication skills.

    - Draft clear and concise emails to facilitate effective communication with clients.
    - Handle rare instances of customer inquiries or issues via phone calls, ensuring professional and empathetic communication.

  • Document Replication:- 
    - Utilize the Zomentum module to replicate given PDF or Word documents with precision and creativity.

    - Utilize graphic design expertise to replicate documents accurately, similar to crafting templates in Canva.

  • Postman API Experience:- 
    - Showcase proficiency in using the Postman API for document-related tasks, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

  • SLA Awareness and Adherence:- 
    - Develop a comprehensive understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA) relevant to the role.

    - Operate efficiently to meet or exceed SLA requirements consistently.

Qualifications:- 
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field of computers or a graduate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on email correspondence.
  • Familiarity with the Postman API and document management systems.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Understanding of Service Level Agreements and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Duration and Compensation:
This is a 3-6 months internship position with the potential for conversion to a full-time role based on performance towards a Customer Support role. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
